VISITOR SERVICE ASSISTANT Ref: VSA15/2023
16.5 hours per week (Fri–Sun)
Salary: £11.15 per hour

could be the perfect opportunity for you! In collaboration with Warner Media, Linen Mill Studios owns and operates the world’s only licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour at their Banbridge studios where a significant proportion of the globally renowned series was filmed.
We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and dynamic Visitor Service Assistant to join the
Visitor Service team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a vital role within the team to
provide exceptional customer service to all our guests!
The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and love working as part of a busy team.
Boundless energy, commitment and enthusiasm is required to help build and nurture the reputation
of this world class attraction.
The candidate will have responsibility for call handling, processing bookings, providing support to
customers and greeting and directing guests as they board shuttle buses. The right person for this
role will be committed to ensuring that guests have the best possible experience from the very start
and a smooth and exceptional journey throughout!
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (including English) with recent experience in a customer
service facing role.
1 year’s customer service call handing experience.
Proficient in the use of IT solutions, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
Excellent time keeping and team working skills.
Flexibility of approach to working environment needs.
