VISITOR EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER Ref: VETM16/2023
16.5 hours per week
Salary: £11.15 per hour

could be the perfect opportunity for you! In collaboration with Warner Media, Linen Mill Studios owns and operates the world’s only licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour at their Banbridge studios where a significant proportion of the globally renowned series was filmed.
We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and dynamic Visitor Experience Team Member to
join the Visitor Experience/Visitor Services team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a vital
role within the team to provide exceptional customer service to all our guests!
The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and love working as part of a busy team.
Boundless energy, commitment and enthusiasm is required to help build and nurture the reputation
of this world class attraction.
The successful person will be working across both the Visitor Services and Visitor Experience teams
(at the Game of Thrones Studio Tour or the Boulevard Visitor Centre). They will be greeting and
directing guests, handling enquiries, providing information to visitors and delivering a Customer
Service that meets and exceeds all expectations. The right person for this role will be committed to
ensuring that guests have the best possible experience from the very start and a smooth and
exceptional journey throughout!
Essential Criteria:
Recent experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and confident in speaking to an audience/group.
Confident and comfortable with using computers and other technical equipment.
Committed and reliable work ethic
Flexible and adaptable approach
The ability to work independently or jointly within a busy and dynamic environment.
